We provide towels and robes for your comfort. You'll be asked to undress to your comfort level—most clients remove clothing but keep underwear on. You'll always be properly draped with towels, with only the area being worked on exposed.

For general wellness and stress management, monthly massages are ideal. If you're dealing with chronic tension, pain, or high stress levels, fortnightly sessions may provide better results. We can recommend a frequency based on your individual needs during your consultation.

Aromatherapy massage incorporates the same techniques but adds essential oils selected for their therapeutic properties—whether calming, energising, or healing. Aromatherapy engages your sense of smell for enhanced emotional and mental benefits.

Yes, hot stone massage is very safe when performed by trained therapists. We carefully monitor stone temperatures and always test before placing them on your skin. However, it may not be suitable for those with certain conditions like diabetes, heart disease, or skin conditions. Please let us know of any health concerns before your treatment.

Massage can be beneficial during pregnancy, but we recommend waiting until after the first trimester. Please inform us if you're pregnant when booking, and we'll adapt techniques appropriately. Certain treatments like Hot Stone Massage may not be suitable during pregnancy.
